Shipping & Delivery
All physical items (CDs, t-shirts, merch) are processed and shipped from France within 2–5 business days. Domestic orders are shipped via La Poste / Colissimo with tracking. International delivery times vary by destination (typically 5–12 business days).
Digital Downloads
All digital purchases (audio files, PDF booklets, digital extras) are delivered immediately upon order confirmation. Due to their instant digital nature, digital downloads are non-refundable.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If your physical item arrives damaged or you received the wrong size, please contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of receipt so we can arrange an exchange or replacement.
